Account Creation
Account Creation takes about 24 hours depending on when we receive your information.
Billing Details
This form does not collect billing details. We'll send you your secured account login so you can fill that part out.
Social Details
There are a few other things that are not urgent, but we'd like to have to help you with other items such as your Google Business Profile, any social links etc. Instead of bogging you down with that for onboarding, it can wait.
A2P DLC Compliance/Approvals
We have strict rules that we must follow in order to get your number approved for outbound SMS. This is not something we directly control, but we submit as part of your account creation if we have all of the information. It can take from 5 days to 15 days, unless it's rejected, which restarts the process.
Interview
We train our bots to behave, think, and speak like you want them to. Usually this requires a formal interview where we ask you questions about your business. We convert that information into a knowledge base that the bot can refer to. Inbound approvals are instant. Your voice receptionist, if you are setting that up can be ready as soon as we have your interview.

Testing/Tuning
Bots need guardrails. We install them, test them, and try to break them. It takes about 4 weeks of testing to get them dialed in. The bot is operational in that time, but highly monitored while it's being trained.
